In this inaugural position, which reflects UPG’s people-first corporate philosophy, Lisa oversees Human Resources, Benefits/Physician Employment, DEI, Corporate Wellness, Dependent Care and Corporate Goals at UPG.
Lisa hails from the University of Washington in Seattle, where she graduated with honors with a BA in Psychology. After starting her career in Child Protection Services, she transitioned to Human Resources, and has over a decade of experience in that field.
Lisa has also served as Director of Human Resources at UPG since 2021.
